What animals can be looked after by a private pet sitter?

What happens if my pet gets sick while being looked after?
When booking, provide your pet's veterinary information: name and address of your usual veterinarian, any current treatments, and any behaviors to watch for. In case of a problem, your Yoojo pet sitter will contact you immediately via the request comments. Leave them written authorization in case of a veterinary emergency. Every service is protected up to 250 by our Yoojo Cover insurance, which includes emergency veterinary expenses.
Should I arrange a preliminary meeting between my pet and the pet sitter?
Yes, it's highly recommended, especially for longer stays or sensitive animals. This meeting allows your pet to get used to the pet sitter and for the pet sitter to learn your routines and instructions. Many Yoojo providers offer this initial meeting for free or at a reduced rate. Use the comments section of your request to arrange it as soon as you book. With a Yoojo+ subscription, you can change pet sitters as often as you like, at no extra cost.
Can a pet sitter handle multiple animals simultaneously?
Yes, provided the animals get along and the pet sitter is comfortable with each species. In your request, please specify the number of animals, their species, temperament, and any potential interactions (compatibility, rivalry). Some Yoojo pet sitters accept up to 4 or 5 animals at a time and are equipped to handle multiple feedings, walks, and care.
