Accident
In the event of breakage or damage during a performance, our Yoojo Cover protects your belongings and compensates you.
Satisfied or re-done
In the event of a poorly executed mission, Yoojo may ask the provider concerned to carry out a new intervention. If this is feasible, a contribution may be provided to cover damages directly linked to the poor execution.
Veterinary assistance
In the event of an accident occurring during the on-call period, or of an illness whose symptoms arise during the on-call period, Yoojo Cover will cover veterinary expenses incurred during the on-call period (treatment, diagnosis and medication).
Cancellation assistance
Should your service provider be unavailable, we will do our utmost to find you a replacement at no additional cost.

The coverage cannot be activated after the booking.
For assignments involving multiple providers, the Cover Plus option can be activated during the first booking and will apply to the subsequent ones.
