At Yoojo, we verify the identity of each service provider using key information such as name, address and proof of identity, so you can rest assured that you're getting the best possible service.
Our technology helps you identify the right service provider, easily manage the relationship, and deal with unforeseen circumstances if necessary.
In the event of breakage or damage during a performance, our Yoojo Cover protects your belongings and compensates you.
In the event of a poorly executed mission, Yoojo may ask the service provider or another party to redo the mission, with a contribution towards any damages, if this is feasible.
In the event of an accident occurring during the on-call period, or of an illness whose symptoms arise during the on-call period, Yoojo Cover will cover veterinary expenses incurred during the on-call period (treatment, diagnosis and medication).
Should your service provider be unavailable, we will do our utmost to find you a replacement at no additional cost.

You will be able to activate the Cover Plus option when booking your provider.
The coverage cannot be activated after the booking.
For assignments involving multiple providers, the Cover Plus option can be activated during the first booking and will apply to the subsequent ones.
